All Greens for Clacton

CRG Homecare Clacton-on-Sea has been awarded an overall rating of ‘Good’ in a recent inspection by Essex County Council.

Since the last inspection, which was also rated ‘Good’, the branch has begun more in-depth care plans, assessments and maintained quality audits and compliance.

Registered Branch Manager for CRG Homecare Clacton, Mark Nolan said: “I am are so proud of the amazing work that our team has done to achieve a rating of good. It really highlights the effort that the team have put into making this branch a success.

“Our Care Assistants and office-based staff all go above and beyond on a daily basis to ensure that our service users are receiving the best quality care that we can provide and this rating is a testament to their efforts”

Mark and the team achieved a rating of ‘Good’ in all sections of the inspection with ‘Requirements Relating to Staff Recruitment’ being rated ‘Excellent’.

CRG Homecare is a domiciliary care, supported living and continuing homecare provider to individuals of all ages living within the comfort and security of their own homes, and is regulated by the CQC for this purpose.
