February Employee of the Month

Lynne leek – Stoke

Lynne has gone above and beyond for her one of her clients. She spends time interacting with the client and spends time colouring with her.

Compassion

Kirsti Gordon – Bolton

Kirsti always goes above and beyond to make her service users day, she recently baked cakes and delivered them to her service users.

Commitment

Matthew fisher – Rotherham

Due to unfortunate staff shortage caused by sickness Matthew cut his holiday short and came to work to ensure all his service users received the care they needed.

Courage

Nicola Doyle – Clacton

Nicola has recently received a compliment from one of her service users who stated that she is an excellent care worker who provides a thorough and efficient service. Nicola was also complimented by a colleague who reported that Nicola always displays kindness and warmth when providing care to our service users. She always takes the time to provide support to her colleagues when it is required and never becomes impatient with anyone. Nicola also showcased her incredible care skills when she found a lady laying on the pavement during the recent storms in Essex. Nicola informed the branch on call that she would be running a little bit late for her round and she proceeded to call the lady an ambulance. Passers-by helped the lady to her feet and Nicola escorted her home, updating the ambulance service of her location. Nicola ensured the lady was safe in her home and supported her to contact her daughter. Nicola acted with professionalism, compassion and care and we are extremely proud to have her working for the CRG Clacton Branch.
