March’s Employee of the Month

We’re pleased to announce the winners of March’s Employee of the Month award. Every month our employees have the chance to nominate their colleagues who uphold one of our six company values, which are:

Care

Janet Shaw – Bolton

Janet goes above and beyond for her service users, she will attend to their needs and even pop to the local shop if they are running low on food and drinks. Janet will also make home cooked meals and take them to the service users. Keep up the good work Janet

Communication

Sarah Toor – Bolton

Sarah was nominated for going above and beyond in helping resolve pay issues by liaising with payroll until the situation was resolved. Great work Sarah.

Compassion

Katie berry – Bolton

Katie recently went above and beyond to help a service user in need. She waited with the service user for over 6 hours in her own time until an ambulance arrived.

Commitment

Karen Wandless – South Tyneside

Karen has recently shown her full commitment to the team in South Tyneside and has been a complete team player, amazing work.

Courage

Diane Ferguson – Prescot

On arriving at her service user’s property, Diane found the service was not breathing and called 999. The instructed Dianne to clear the airways and begin CPR until paramedics arrived. Dianne performed CPR until the paramedics arrived and said that her first aid training came flooding back to her, enabling her to help the service user. Amazing work Diane!

Courage

Jessica Newall – Prescot
