November’s Employee of the Month

We’re pleased to announce the winners of November’s Employee of the Month award. Every month our employees have the chance to nominate their colleagues who uphold one of our six company values, which are:

Emily Smith – Manchester

Emily has stepped up to the mark by covering the rotas for 3 areas in Manchester. Emily has been working tirelessly for the last few weeks and is an asset to the team. Thank you Emily for the hard work


Cath Baxter – Burnley

Cath goes above and beyond, she has helped the branch out on numerous occasions in times of crisis, she has come in to the office when we have been short of coordinators and helped out covering calls. We received compliments from clients for her on a regular basis. She has been an absolute superstar and the branch are extremely grateful for all her help and dedication.


Elizneth Healy – Southend

Liz has taken on the role of Lead Support Worker over at our home in Colchester over the past few years and has gone above and beyond for both ladies that live there. Liz also cared for a third service user there and was the only support worker who was able to wash her and keep her comfortable. She is a true asset to the home and is a key player in the smooth running of the home, amazing work Elizneth.


Nadine Conteh – Brunswick Extra Care Manchester

Nadine goes above and beyond, working tirelessly to ensure that all the service users in the extra care scheme receive the care they deserve.


Harry Morran – Quality Assurance

Harry is always happy to support the branches and will go out of his way to find information that he doesn’t have himself to provide the branch the answers. Harry is always positive in his communication helping lift everyone in branch.


Julie Partington – Customer Compliance Team

Julie has been a fantastic resource to our branches. She is always supportive and happy to help the branches when they need her.
