October’s Employee of the Month

Compassion

Lisa Chittock – Southend

Lisa has gone above and beyond in making a service user who fell ill as comfortable as possible and has made the service user very happy.

Commitment

Nafiga Akatar – Manchester

Nafiga has supported her branch by filling in on a double run to make sure none of our service users went without care. Despite only previously completing single runs Nafigas stepped up when she was needed and shown her commitment to her role and to her service users.

Care

Donna Taylor – South Tyneside

Since Donna has been with CRG Homecare she always goes above and beyond for service users and is always there for her fellow Care Assistants should they need support. Donna recently took on a new care package and has made a huge impact, helping to change a lady’s life in a matter of weeks.

Communication

Lesley Pike – Stoke

Lesley was nominated for Emoloyee of the Month as she is always on hand to assist with enquiries, communicating in a very polite and positive manner.

Courage

Michelle Charlton – Bramble Court

Michelle was recently faced with a difficult emergency situation, despite this she was able to remain calm and work well under pressure to deal with the situation.
